Evans Kedoro - Sponsor Now

•Evans is a twenty-year-old boy who lives with his mother and three other siblings in the slum of Kawangware. He is the third child in a family of four children. They all live in a one room sheet metal house.

•Evans was abandoned by his father when he was still very young. His father left for the village and never returned. His family has tried to find out what happened to him but has been unable to learn anything.

•This event affected Evans’ education. He should have taken his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education K.C.S.E test this year, but because of his mother could not afford his school fees, he joined school very late.

•His mother has overcome many challenges to ensure the family’s basic needs are met. Unfortunately, she lost her job in 2020 at the height of the pandemic because her employer passed away. Since that time, she has not been able to secure a job. She depends on temporary jobs to provide for her family.

•Evans would like to proceed with his education but has no support to move to the next level. He loves playing soccer during his free time.
