•Gracious is a 14-years-old girl living in Kawangware slum. Gracious is lives with her brother and auntie’s children. She is currently in grade 7 and will be sitting for her national examination next year. Her classwork performance with been very good both in studies and socially. The family is facing different challenges including food, rent, clothes and school fees.
 

•Over time Gracious started complaining of body aches and pains, which the aunt ignored because she didn’t have any money to take her to the doctor. Recently Gracious started complaining of heart problem and backaches. Eventually it became so bad that she wasn’t able to sit or go to school. This caused a lots of stress for the aunt but she wasn’t able to do anything because of the lack of funds. Eventually her aunt was forced to take her to the rural home for traditional medicine.
 

•Gracious is need of support, especially medical and school fees.
