•Jadiel lives with his mum in Kawangware. His father died 6 years ago so his mother makes crafts and sells them. It’s challenging because there’s not a big market for the work, so it doesn’t pay very well.

•Their landlord has threatened them with eviction when they get behind in their rent. This is unfortunate for the family because his mother has no other way to earn money because of illness.

•Jadiel’s mother has tried to get his aunts to help her but they are unable to afford it. Many days, the family has no food to eat. Jadiel needs support for education and food.
